Trademark and Domain Names – what every small to medium business owner needs to know

What is a trademark?  What is trademark infringement and how can I protect my trademark?  Does my domain name protect my trademark?  Business owners are not always aware of the significance and consequences of trademark use and rights.  Legal disputes and costs can be minimized when businesses (especially small to medium sized businesses) are better educated and aware in the use and rights of their trademark and domain names.  Please join us for an informative session dedicated to start-ups and small to medium sized businesses.  What every business owner needs to know.
