"The 2013 AIPPI Forum and ExCo is hosted by the Finnish national group this year. Topics to be discussed at the Forum will include lessons learned from Apple v. Samsung, digital gaming and IP, and Unitary patent – what you need to know and do. In addition there will be a Pharma day including four workshops related to the pharmaceutical sector. The ExCo will also debate working questions on the grace period for patents, well-known marks, the term of copyright protection, and relief in IP proceedings."
