  • In-House Counsel, Patent Licensing, Business Strategy & Development – Met with reverse engineering customers to support patent licensing initiatives, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing corporate agreements, non-disclosure agreements and indemnity issues; collaborated closely with executives, internal and external counsel, business unit leaders and partners world-wide on patent licensing and litigation issues; provided risk assessment and general advice integral to overall business strategy and international patent licensing and litigation programs.
