Debbie Titmarsh

Paralegal

Debbie joined MBM as a paralegal with the firm’s Patent Prosecution team in April 2022. Her responsibilities include Canadian and foreign patent practice, including PCT procedure, covering all aspects of the patenting process including client reporting and communication. She regularly corresponds with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, Canadian and foreign clients, as well as foreign associates on many aspects of patent formalities during filing and prosecution. Debbie is also involved with the filing and prosecution of industrial designs and has experience in preparing drawings for both patents and industrial designs.

In her spare time, Debbie and her daughter have been passionately involved for many years in the local ballroom dance scene. Debbie enjoys dressmaking and spends many hours designing and making dance costumes. with 5 wonderful kids, she is now also the proud Nana of a little grandson.
