Nicole McStravick

Human Resources & Operations Manager

Nicole is MBM’s Human Resources & Operations Manager and is responsible for our strategic and functional HR needs, as well as operations management. Prior to joining MBM she worked in various positions in law firms of varying sizes for more than 20 years with a focus on Human Resources for the last 7 years. Working as an HR Generalist has provided her with the opportunity to work in recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, benefits and more. On the operations side, she enjoys  developing and implementing various systems and cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.

Nicole recently completed her Certificate in Human Resources Management through Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business and attained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.

When she is not at the office, she enjoys cooking and baking for her family, friends and colleagues. She is best known for her chocolate chip banana bread, ginger molasses cookies and meat lasagna.
