Patricia (Patty) Grace

Senior Patent Paralegal

Patty joined MBM in October 2021 as a Senior Paralegal with the MBM’s Patent Prosecution team. She has extensive knowledge of all stages of Canadian and US patent practice, from handling of filing and prosecution/formalities, sequence listings, right through to grant of the patent. She also has extensive experience with Canadian and US Trademarks, International applications, and PCT applications. She regularly corresponds with foreign and Canadian clients, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), the USPTO and WIPO on all aspects of patent formalities and prosecution.

In her spare time, Patty likes to read, listen to music, check out local vineyards, and spend time with friends and family.
