With the recent consolidation of the IP market in Canada, where 4 large Canadian IP firms were acquired by the publicly traded Australian IPH Group, MBM remains a proudly independent and Canadian-owned IP boutique.

That means we have eliminated the excess bureaucracy and costs that come with larger firms. We focus all our resources on serving our clients with consistency, efficiency, and the personal touch they have come to expect, where you can always pick up the phone and call us or drop by. We are transparent and realistic with our pricing because our aim is to help our clients achieve their goals in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Mostly flat fees

We understand you have a budget. It doesn’t matter if you are a startup or a multinational corporation; We strive to provide a transparent and straightforward fee structure with mostly flat fees, with the exception of prosecution and litigation costs. To help our clients budget better, even the prosecution and litigation costs, we can estimate the costs accurately once our team reviews the specific matter.

We are happy to offer volume discounts to encourage the consolidation of matters with MBM or for clients with a large number of applications.
