November 14th the establishment of MBM Intellectual Property Law (100 Sparks Street, iconic building in the Ottawa landscape)
1995

MBM hits 100 clients
1995

Big litigation case that put MBM on the map for our client Montague Machine Co. – MBM obtained and executed an Anton Pillar Order to obtain historical blueprints for machinery to ensure the enforcement of copyright.
1996

Big Litigation win for MBM for our client Avon Cosmetics – MBM successfully overturned an injunction, which permitted Avon’s Christmas catalogue to be distributed and then successfully resolved the matter to ensure ongoing sales of the complained about product.
1998

New expanded office: MBM was growing at a fast pace, and we needed larger digs for our headquarters in Ottawa
1999

We opened our Vancouver office
2002

MBM hits 1000 clients
2004

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in the Museum of Civilization in Ottawa
2006

MBM hits 50 employees

We opened our Calgary office

Our headquarters Ottawa office moved to a newly renovated Slater Street location.
