My Background and Focus

Danae first joined MBM in 2016 as an Accounts Payable Specialist. After a couple of years, she wanted to pursue other opportunities but returned to MBM in December of 2023 in a part-time capacity, during which time she split her time with her other employment as a drummer for the educational children’s spectacle, Junkyard Symphony. She returned to a full-time position with MBM in September 2024 as a Finance Specialist. In her current role, Danae has a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining client billing accounts, communicating with clients regarding billing matters, managing invoices, coordinating outgoing payments, expense tracking and credit card reconciliations, among other tasks.

In her spare time, Danae plays drums in several bands ranging in style from folk pop rock to classic rock to heavy metal. She is also an author and published her first novel in December 2022. Additionally, she is a huge fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
