My Background and Focus

I joined MBM’s finance and billing team in June 2025 as a Client Finance Specialist, bringing a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. I work closely with professionals and paralegals to process client invoices, prepare statements of account, and track disbursements and payments.

Prior to joining MBM, I pursued studies in statistics at the University of Ottawa. Through some hands-on projects, I developed an interest in finance and realized it was a natural fit for my skills with numbers.

Even in my younger years, in high school, I always had a passion for numbers and felt at home doing math. I chose to study statistics as a pathway to a career in Finance or Accounting, and I joined MBM to pursue these goals.

My Approach

My belief is that two heads are better than one. Working together with people makes all the difference, so communication is essential.

My life outside of work

Whenever I have a free morning, I’ll spend a good amount of time trying to make the perfect French-pressed coffee. In my spare time, I either like to read or practice some kind of skill, like drawing portraits, programming, playing bass guitar, or producing music. When it comes to reading, I tend to favour classical fiction from the Western canon.

I also love to go out and get active with my friends, whether it’s hiking, going to a concert, trying a new restaurant, or hitting the gym.
